I'm waiting for my chicks to hatch, myself, but...okay, I've started counting the little buggers ^_^ Things don't look so great on the FL and AZ gay marriage props, but ya know...sigh. There's always hope that will get resolved. We waited hundreds of years, we can wait a few more if we have someone decent in office at thet op.

I spent the better part of my childhood and adolesence under the Bush tyranny.

I'm looking forward to spending the first part of my adulthood under someone who believes that GLBT people are people, that women's bodies are their own, and that we are all equal.

EDIT: Exit polls say Prop 8 was defeated. But I guess we'll find out for sure tomorrow. *crosses fingers*

How far we've come

And I just did a happy dance all around my room. Prop 8 still looks so bad, but I'm expert at finding joy where I can.
