axesladeBecause Mother and I have been fighting about it (off and on), and it's been noted that unless I get more in scholarships, I'll pretty much have to work in the summer and thus probably not see Bri. So. Changing my minor to a teaching one. Luckily, for English ed, I don't have to take much more than what I'm already doing.
But...fuck. Saying goodbye to another piece of my soul.
I have decided, however, that because my grandmother is also pressing for this (in a much crueler way than mother)--I am going to ask for some things in return.
Mainly? That I be referred to by chosen name and pronouns.
Yeah, I don't know how I'm going to get that through to them, either. But I'm going to try. Because this hiding and making due with what bones they throw at me crap? Yeah, not working anymore.
Mainly wriing this so when I wake up (if I ever go to sleep) I remember I don't wuss out.
