Even though they haven't released the second 'part' of Blood+, it looks like they're slowly releasing more volumes (1 disc/5 episodes each). The last one was released Jan. 27, which put them up to episode 20. It looks like they're releasing one every three months or so...so hopefully they're gearing up to release 'part' 2 (which would be the last half the series) and/or releasing another 'volume' (up to ep. 25) soon. I don't claim to know anything about how anime companies figure out how to release things, but I do know that they released volume 1 the day before part 1, so I wouldn't be surprised if they released volume 5 shortly before part 2. It would be a lot easier for me to to just collect the volumes as I have money, as they're about $20 each instead of the 60-100 for Part 1, especially since I already own Volume 1. Should have bought part 2 when they were having that sale awhile ago, dammit. Ah well.
