axesladeThere are days when I don't bind for whatever reason--laziness, ickiness, maybe I actually feel good with my body that day.
But the next time I put my binder on, I feel so much....happier.
Today's a good example. Since I'd be starting my day earlier than I usually would MWF because of the interview, I decided not to bind. And I was feelin' pretty good
I have a counseling appt. at 5. I decided to bind for that. And, god, I feel better.
