axesladeAlmost forgot to post about this--last night (into this morning) I watched Angels In America. All six hours.
I don't know what I expected, but this wasn't it. And that's a good thing. I was very moved (a little too much at times...they did a bit too good a job portraying the effects of AIDS). And I was angered by the fact that in parts of the world (parts of this country, sadly), nothing has changed. And that sometimes we take steps back.
Sigh. But see it! I might watch it again since I don't have to return it until Friday.
