axesladeI've decided that from here on, I'm going to bind full time.
Basically, that means if I'm heading out of my room for anything besides quick bathroom runs, I'll be binding.
Luckily, MWF that won't be unbearable because I don't have class until 2 and I can have breakfast in my room. And even TTH, I have long enough breaks twice a day that I can let my body breathe.
I'm actually really looking forward to it. It's uncomfortable as hell, sure, but...I've noticed that when I bind, I walk differently. I stand up straight. I've been slouching for so many years now...it's nice to be able to look the world in the eye.
