It's a necklace. It's not an exact replica (as making a replica would have taken way too much time), but a necklace does feature rather prominently in one part of the story.
But here's the thing; it's terribly squished/pixelated. On a book cover, that's not going to translate too well. Maybe there is some way you could resize it so the shape is not so lopsided? Maybe even change the font size. It seems overly... large, I guess is the right word. Something more petite and gentle seems more fitting to the story, really.
But it's a really nice cover. I think it portrays the entire novel really well. It's just the pixelation/squished picture that sort of throws it off. Otherwise totally a beaut.
I think the pixelation is due to photobucket, or some such thing. It looks MUCH clearer on lulu.
Btw...*divetackles*you've been missed. I need your address again in case mum actually gets around to ordering your present...and the girls need Gavin. Reading Voyager is not helping their Scots fetish.
