We've had our first real set-back with Sweetie kitty. He piddled on the bed, really soaked it. We're thinking he was just upset because he's learned there are other cats in the house (we let him wander yesterday while all the cats were out, but he could still smell them) and hoping he'll realize he's not supposed to do that.
