Aug. 6th, 2009 06:43 pmOne problem of writing about a character who happens to have mental/emotional issues similar to yours (and doesn't quite understand them, and thus is freaking out a lot)--you feel their pain that much more intensely. And it doesn't leave as easily as it can with other characters' issues.
In otherwords: Bailey, sweetie, I love you. I do. But, damn kid, your crap stays with me a long time.
Hoping that writing the fluffy scene I got earlier will help, but I doubt it. Skin's feeling two sizes too small, and when that happens...usually takes a bit to stretch it out again.
