If you're following my latest bits at missmandyslade, Curt got his pants back last night ^_^

Unrelated, just got back from spending a few hours at the animal shelter. There were two lovely pit mixes who I spent a lot of time with, simply because they were such angels. One named Bruno, a pit/lab, was adopted already. I took him on a walk, and he was so well behaved. All he wanted to do was smell stuff. Then later I went to his pen and he almost knocked me over becuase he was snuggle/rubbing me like a cat does, but he is much bigger than a cat. I'm so glad he has a home.

Also spent some time in the cat room. So many of those cats need more socialization. Only a few were really willing to trust anyone.

Overall, very lovely day.

Going by all the other comments, I'm a horrid Clay Aiken fan because I think his version of 'Right Here Waiting' is absoltely terrible. I think that's why I never really listened to 'A Thousand Different Ways' when I got it from the library. It's the first track, and it makes me gag. Now John Barrowman's cover almost comes close to the original, but I really think Clay should do fewer covers. He's not on AI anymore, he can pick songs that haven't been done a million times. I'm not sure if On My Way Here has any covers on it...hope not.

Looks like I won't get any writing done. I have this horrid tension headache and no pain killers. I took a shower and that helped for a bit, but not long, and I can't find my neck pillow. So...argh, gonna be a fun night.

Found pillow in a very obvious place. We'll see if it helps.
