So...inauguration today. I was in class when it was happening, lack the energy to watch it due to today being such a clusterfuck, re: school stuff. Ugh. So, yeah. I would be celebrating and stuff, but I'm drained and my cursor is being weird again, and...yeah.

I'm finally watching my Live At Wembley DVD, and it came to Dear Mr. President...had this horribly heart wrenching montage, mostly Katrina aftermath but some other things...and I just...

It hit. Then.

For four or God/dess willing eight years...we won't have to write these musical letters.

Is the entire country going to be overhauled in the ways it needs to be? No. But...hope is a lovely thing. I don't have if often. I'm a pessimist by nature.
