So I live. Grandmother was annoying. Currently living by myself (hopefully it stays this way). People have been fucking up all over the place, so I have to go with grandmother tomorrow to get monies and I don't have my books. Sigh. I had too much caffeine today, so I'm shaky and wired and exhausted all at the same time.

Even my skin is actin' weird...

So. Just had my first experience bathing in a communal setting.

The hilarity started before I even got in the bathroom. I'd taken off my eyes so I walked right past the bathroom. Julie had to point it out to me.

Then, I tried to use the bathtubs, but couldn't figure out how to get them on.

Had issues with the temperature of the shower. Got soap in my mouth and eyes. Slipped getting out of the shower. Thankfully, no one was around to witness any of this.

Lessons I learned? Take your eyes with you until you know the lay of the land, bring a washcloth to wipe mouth/eyes, and for the love of God wipe your feet throughly before you move.
