I just did something that may have been a push up (not sure if I was in the standard stance)...actually, several somethings. I had thought, earlier, while at the gym, that since I'm lifting a bit of weight my arms should be a bit stronger. And they seem to be. They still don't feel like they're bending right (my elbows lock up when I try to do push ups) but...I didn't fall flat on my face like I usually do.
And I'm sure I'll be paying for it in the morning *le sigh*
