We're starting our speech unit in English. First one, just talking/teaching the class about something (next time I think will be persuasive, for that I'm doing gay marriage). For this one, I'm doing: hermaphrodites. I was going to do that or trannies, but I figured lots of people at least knew something about trannies, few know anything about hermaphrodites. I'm going to try and dig up the research I did for that never really started story last year. That's about it I think. Oh, and I need to do my geometry homework as well as typing an essay for english that was due today. I had lost my English books, got them this morning (thank you so much Chrystal), wrote the essay and forgot it needed to be typed *facepalm*

It's amazing how many hermaphrodites suffer needlessly from the 'reassignment' surgery. It just makes me fume.

aye. part of me is anxious about doing the speech simply because my class has a high immaturity level, and it's going to be neccessary to use words like 'clitoris' in regards to the reassignment surgeries. Its going to be hard not to turn it into a persusausive speech because I really hate the things that were done to so many people before they had a say in the matter (luckily I can say that reassignment surgery is now discouraged until the individual is old enough to make the decision, but still)
