I can get up
When I went home, mom gave me some tankbras she'd bought. Unlike the one light binder I have, they don't compress the stomach. Two of them also have moisture wicking material (big plus).
Since I had time, decided to try them today. I used the smaller of the two, my strong binder and a t-shirt.
Very comfortable. I don't feel hot and nasty (it's only been a few minutes, but that feeling does set in pretty fast), and I can breathe. And the effect is quite nice too.
