Doing forty sit ups when you haven't had gym in over a year HURTS! I'm not so sore now, but right away ooof, and I have a feeling I'll reget it in the morning. Yes, this is my first step in learning how to defend myself: actually getting into a shape where I can think about doing this. I'm going to REALLY try to commit to this, since it's a really important thing (you're not always going to be there to protect me, Bri, even though I know you want to ~_^).
