I hate panic attacks. Esp. ones that are triggered by things I didn't think would trigger them. I'm going to have to step away from the book for awhile...

It only hurts when I breathe

I want to dig a very deep hole, go down inside it, curl up in a little ball, and never come out.

That should give ya'll an indicator as to how I've been feeling today. I've been outwardly very normal, but inside...*sigh*I've been reading A Breath of Snow and Ashes just for something to do, but at a point I just had to stop and it's all hitting.

I'd prefer a migraine to how I'm feeling right now. I want to cry, but I can't.

*sighhh*Doing a lot better now. Thanks to Denise, Elizabeth and Starry at the phorums and lifebytes_yaya for worrying and spacequeen for the talk. I'm not tingling or sweating or breathing funny now. At any rate, I'm going to give it another day or so before I go back to PAYD. In the meantime, I think I'll try and finish up my Curt/Mandy series as a thank you to spacequeen ~_^
