well, thanks to mum being late picking me up and then having errands, no RPing on our anniversery *sigh* but I did wite a new poem today while reading the book Hard Love by Ellen Wittlinger (really great!) and having the third stanza of said poem wack me in the head.

If I Died Tonight

If I died tonight
You wouldn't feel my body
Still and cold against your flesh
Because you wouldn't be there

If I died tonight
You wouldn't stop and stare
Asking how I was when you saw me lying still
Because you'd be too busy changing suits

If I died tonight
You wouldn't notice
Until I started stinking up the joint
Because it would turn your groupies off

If I died tonight
You wouldn't shed one tear
Unless they placed you in front of a camera
Because the media loves pain

If I died toinght
You would be walking the streets by noon
Looking for some bimbo to hang on your arm
Because you don't love me
